About Joe

Joe Whiley is the Licensed Insolvency Practitioner who takes formal CVL and MVL appointments through Insolvency Direct, and the relationship manager that introducing accountants speak to before any decision to liquidate is made.

On the Insolnet workflow, Joe personally reviews every pre-appointment Bank Analysis produced by the platform — the deterministic categoriser output and the Anthropic Claude Opus 4.7 IP-specific findings — before discussing it with the introducing accountant. The aim is that no Bank Analysis goes into a working conversation with an accountant without an IP having looked at it first.
